Our Verdict
The Trailblazer 30 is a versatile, lightweight, and durable pack designed specifically for women. It is ideal for hiking, fastpacking, and mountain pursuits. At just 879g, it offers a generous 30L capacity, ideal for longer day trips or minimalist overnight missions.
The women's specific fit features a 3D moulded back panel and shaped shoulder straps, providing excellent load transfer and ventilation for all-day comfort. The RAPTOR CROSS LITE recycled 70D nylon fabric balances lightweight performance with excellent abrasion resistance.
Where the Trailblazer excels is its array of easily accessible pockets and attachment points. Multiple mesh pockets, wrap-around hip belt pockets, and shoulder pockets allow you to organise efficiently and access gear. The customisable T-Hook system securely attaches items like trekking poles. Unfortunately, you only get two of these T-hooks; two more would have been welcome. They are a little stiff at first and take some manoeuvring.
Other highlights include a hydration sleeve, a bivi opening, and an effective compression system stabilising smaller loads. The eco-friendly PFC-free DWR coatings enhance weather resistance.
