The Osprey Tempest Velocity 20 is a streamlined and efficient women's pack built for fast-paced mountain trips. Weighing under 822g, this minimalist 18-20L pack utilises a flexible, running, vest-inspired suspension system to provide dynamic support without restricting mobility. The BioStretch mesh harness and hip belt wrap seamlessly around your torso and hips, which provide enough structure from the die-cut foam to carry lighter loads comfortably.
The Velocity 20's feature set is finely tuned for those who like to go fast and light. The main compartment has a top cinch closure for compression, complemented by stretchy side pockets, a front stuff pocket, hip-belt pockets and lash points for external gear attachment.
The suspended Airscape back panel allows ample ventilation, and the shoulder strap pockets are designed to fit soft flasks and a phone for quick access. Thoughtful details like trekking pole attachments, a whistle on the sternum strap and an adjustable torso length up to 4" demonstrate Osprey's experience in building capable packs.
