Our Verdict
The Flextail Tiny Pump 2X rapidly inflates your sleeping pad; we tested the Tiny Pump out with a NeoAir XLite NXT Regular Sleeping Mat, and it fully inflates the mat in 48 seconds, which is crazy fast. After a long day hiking, even using a pump sack can be a chore. The Tiny pump is quick and effortless to use.
The Tiny Pump 2X can also deflate your mat, which efficiently removes all the air from the pad without you having to squeeze it like a toothpaste tube. As it removes all the air, the mat takes up much less room in your backpack when you pack it away.
The Tiny Pump 2X has an integrated lamp with an impressive 400-lumen output on full power and has two lower settings, 160 and 40 lumens. You can hang the hag the Tiny pump from any carabiner, so it is brilliant at illuminating your tent.
The bundle also includes a protective silicon sleeve, a protective case and a mushroom-shaped light diffuser.
