Our Verdict
The Lifesystems Pocket First Aid Kit is a compact and lightweight option for basic first aid needs on day hikes, family walks, or shorter outdoor adventures. Weighing just 183g and measuring 125x80x45mm, it won't weigh you down but provides a good selection of supplies to treat minor injuries on the trail.
The kit includes all the essentials - adhesive bandages, gauze pads, cleansing wipes, burn gel, scissors, tweezers, and more. The supplies are nicely organized in a zippered nylon case with a belt loop for easy carrying. While minimal, the contents cover most basics you'd need for small cuts, blisters, or other minor incidents.
A nice touch is the primary care leaflet included, which can guide you through basic first aid steps. The 5.5cm scissors also give you a bit more precision than tiny trauma shears.
