A well-built portable solar charger with a locking kickstand to always face the sun and intrigued USB charger for rapid access.
Goal Zero says:
The Nomad 10 Watt panel gives you the solar collecting capability needed to charge your phone anywhere the sun shines. Redesigned for a more seamless solar charging experience, the Nomad 10 features a built-in Flip dock and adjustable kickstand that clicks and locks into place for added stability. Integrated USB port charges phones, power banks, and other small devices.
Our Verdict
This isn’t necessarily something I would take backpacking with me; it's brilliant for car camping or even bike-packing. I would pair this with a power bank so you can collect energy all day and store it in a battery that I would then use to charge my phone.
The panel has hanging holes, so carabiners can be attached to clip it onto a backpack if you wish.
The solar panel is solid and well-built; I've used other panels before, and non have felt as solid and well-built as the Goal Zero Nomad.
