Our Verdict
Eagle Creek’s No Matter What Rolling Duffel 110L is a workhorse of a bag. As an avid hiker who frequently travels with more gear than necessary, I found this duffel to be a fantastic blend of durability, practicality, and an eco-conscious design.
The first thing that stands out is the bag's construction. The recycled 11x11 ripstop fabric is water and abrasion-resistant and impressively lightweight for a bag of this size. It’s easy to manoeuvre even when fully packed. The reinforced seams and lockable zips are reassuring, especially when hauling heavy gear, and the corner bumpers by the wheels offer extra protection on rougher terrains—a thoughtful addition that’s saved the bag from more than one scuff on uneven paths.
What truly sets the No Matter What Duffel apart is its versatility. The multiple carry options—including grab handles, a padded shoulder strap, and smooth-rolling wheels—mean you can adapt to any situation, whether navigating crowded airports or busy streets. The trolley sleeve is a convenient touch for those who often travel with multiple bags, and the daisy chain loops offer ample attachment points for additional gear.
