Our Verdict
Mountain Equipment's Echo Hooded Jacket is a perfect all year round layer that provides good weather protection, you could wear this as an outer layer in most conditions and as a layering piece in wet or very cold weather. The added stretch in the fabric is good and makes this a very comfortable jacket to wear. The pockets are configured to what would suit the majority of people.
The only downside to this jacket is that it comes in at a slightly higher price than other similar jackets on the market.
