The Patagonia Back Step Shirt is an airy, everyday-wear short-sleeved shirt made of lightweight hemp/organic cotton fabric for cool-wearing comfort in hot weather.
Patagonia says:
Made with a fabric blend of 55% hemp for durability and 45% organic cotton for cool comfort, this work shirt has an open weave for airflow and a soft hand that stays light on the skin. It features coconut buttons down the front, button-through chest pockets and a vented shirttail you can wear tucked in or not.
Our Verdict
Patagonia's Back Step Shirt is a blend of cotton and hemp making it ideal for warmer conditions but comfortable enough to wear on a day-to-day basis. The fabric is soft and comfortable from the first time you put it on so it's perfect for hot weather when wearing shirts can be a pain.
The short sleeved design has coconut buttons throughout with two button down chest pockets. A simple but practical design with a range of styles to choose from.
