Our Verdict
The Rab Light Pull-On uses Grid fleece technology to make a mid-layer, making temperature regulation much more effective in warm and cold conditions. The Grid Fleece allows for a highly efficient way of moving moisture away from the skin to prevent cold, damp spots. This, combined with a breathable Thermic G outer fabric, prevents overheating while moving.
The Ascendor Light Pull-On is a close-fitting garment that moves and stretches with you, so they are suitable for scrambling or any form or rock climbing. The cuffs and the hem are both elasticated to keep the heat in when needed, but if it's starting to heat up, the front zip can quickly ventilate heat.
