Our Verdict
Patagonia's Better Sweater 1/4 Zip offers the technical performance and easy care of a polyester fleece with the classic appearance of your favourite go-to wool sweater. The type of fleece that's ideal for wearing to the shops, to the pub or just taking a stroll with your dog.
The fleece has a heathered sweater like knit on the outside with a soft brushed fleece interior. As always Patagonia have thought about their fabrics and methods used to minimise the impact it has on people and the environment.
Feature-wise it has flat seam construction which reduces bulk, a soft stand up collar and 1 chest pocket, all lined with microfibre jersey for extra comfort. Overall a comfortable, warm and moisture wicking fleece for everyday use.
