Our Verdict
Mountain Equipment's Moreno Jacket uses Polartec Thermal Pro to provide you with a warm, comfortable fleece for those cold days out and about. The fabric has a thick classic pile look and an incredibly soft feel. The jacket is on the heavier side as is to be expected from this kind of fleece but it is incredibly warm and looks great working as both a general use technical or lifestyle piece. This non-hooded version makes it much easier to layer up and reduces the weight and bulk if you're carrying it in your pack in comparison to it's hooded counterpart. Sizing is a little on the snug and short side!
