Our Verdict
Fjällräven's Expedition Pack Down Jacket, is a tried and tested down jacket that won't let you down this winter. A perfectly sized packaway jacket that takes up next to no room in the pack, thanks to stowing away within it's own pocket, an underrated feature. This jacket can be thrown on for instant warmth when you stop for a rest or when the weather takes a turn for the worst.
The Synthetic padding over the shoulders and collar eliminates the cold shoulders you typically find with down jackets when the backpack compresses the down in these areas - a great addition for those wintry days in the hills.
