Our Verdict
At 42g, the Lithium Add-on Shoulder Harness Pocket M attaches easily to most shoulder straps or hipbelts and sits flat against the body, staying put while moving. The fleece lining gives a bit of structure and adds some protection for a phone, compact camera or sunglasses, and the water-resistant outer holds up well in damp conditions.
I’ve mainly used it for my phone, but check your device’s dimensions—larger models are a tight squeeze here, and if you’re carrying a max-size smartphone, the L version may be the safer bet. That said, the M fits my essentials nicely without getting in the way.
A useful little upgrade if you like to keep your phone, snacks or lens wipes where you can reach them—without rummaging in your pack.
