Our Verdict
The Haglofs LIM Tempo Trail Cap is an excellent, lightweight, breathable running cap designed for fast-paced trail activities. Made from a quick-drying mesh material, it does a fantastic job at keeping your head cool and dry even during strenuous workouts. The moisture-wicking stretch band prevents sweat from dripping into your eyes, while the adjustable cord at the back allows you to get the perfect secure fit.
The brim provides good sun protection, with some added visibility from the reflective stitching and prints. Weighing only 34-36 grams, you'll barely notice this cap on your head. It's the ideal minimalist running cap for hitting the trails hard. The construction feels high-quality and durable despite the cap's featherweight. My only minor gripe is that the brim could be longer for maximum sun coverage. Otherwise, this is an outstanding tech running cap.
