Our Verdict
The Ledlenser HF4R Core is a lightweight, compact head torch perfect for various activities, including camping, hiking, and running. It has a dual spotlight and floodlight so that you can choose the right beam for your needs. The spotlight is perfect for illuminating the inside of your tent, while the floodlight is excellent for illuminating the trail. The HF4R Core also has a thin but supportive headband that is very easy to adjust to find the perfect fit. I am a big fan of the magnetic charging cable, which makes it easy to charge the head torch without having to fumble with a traditional charging cable. The Magnetic Charge System is also very secure, so you don't have to worry about the cable coming loose while charging the head torch. The battery status indicator is also a great feature, as it lets you know how much battery life you have left at a glance.
