The Sea to Summit eVac Compression Dry Bags are a well-thought-out kit that keeps gear dry while helping maximise space in your pack. The air-permeable yet waterproof eVent fabric base allows air to escape as you compress soft items without letting moisture in. This clever design removes the need for a purge valve, keeping the bag light and simple.
Available in five sizes, these dry bags cater to various packing needs. The 5-litre bag (99g) is perfect for smaller essentials like gloves, a lightweight down jacket, or spare socks, keeping them dry and compact inside your pack. Stepping up, the 13-litre version (136g) is ideal for bulkier layers or a lightweight sleeping bag, while the 20-litre size (160g) comfortably fits a full set of insulated clothing. The 35-litre model (200g) offers enough space for a full sleeping system or several days’ worth of kit for longer expeditions.
The roll-top closure creates a secure seal, while the four compression straps ensure even pressure, preventing lumpy, uneven packing. The bag’s lightweight yet durable 70D nylon construction holds up well to regular use.
