The Atrack Hydration System is designed to work with the Atrack backpacks but this will work with most hydration system compatible packs. As usual, a top quality product from Ortlieb with a good 2 litre capacity for longer days out exploring.

If you’re on the move in the great outdoors, you’ll need to drink more to keep yourself properly hydrated. The easiest way to do this is with a hydration system. You can supplement your Atrack backpack, for instance, with a professional hydration system consisting of a specially designed, 2-liter hydration bladder, a removable tube, a bite valve with protective cap and a thermal sleeve that keeps your water cool for hours. The drinking tube is inserted through the perfectly watertight sealing ring on your backpack.
Our Verdict
Ortlieb's Atrack Hydration Kit is a two litre bladder with hose. It comes with a thermal sleeve case to insulate the bladder keeping it cool in warm conditions and helping to prevent it freezing in particularly cold conditions. The shape of the bladder and case show that it is specifically designed to work with Ortlieb's Atrack packs but I've found that it will work with most hydration system compatible bags. With it being shorter and wider than usual it won't necessarily fit snugly in normal packs but it still works. The hose can be removed making cleaning and storing easier.
