Merino Comfort Fusion Technology creates a soft, fast-drying, durable sock and the super stretch ribbed cuff provides a close supportive fit on your foot with a looser unrestrictive fit around your calf, allowing the cuff to be worn up or down.
The zonal padding system provides extra support whilst the open mesh structure promotes increased moisture transportation. The Flat Toe Seam minimises bulk that could cause irritation in the toe box and the sock is kept securely in place with an Elasticated Arch and 3D-shaped heel cup. Built on a structure of Lycra® and set by our Thermo Fit process ensures the sock returns to its original shape and size after every wash.
Our Verdict
Bridgedale's Hike Lightweight Merino Comfort Boot Length Socks are highly technical and are comfortable for spring/summer trekking.
Elastic situated around the ankle keeps the sock in place so they're comfortable to wear all day long and this will also help to prevent blisters from forming.
The Merino wool proportion of the overall construction adds a natural feeling, which many people, including myself, love.
