Our Verdict
Montane's Protium Beanie is light enough to use for winter running, as a under-helmet beanie for cold winter rides and climbs too. Grid fleece is excellent at prviding warmth without overheating you as the grid improves airflow allowing moisture to evaporate and be wicked at the same time.
