The Sertig II Low Gore-Tex is the latest addition to Mammut’s well respected footwear range. This is definitely a trainer / trekking shoe hybrid offering the best of both worlds.
Plenty of cushioning like your favourite running shoes but combined with an aggressive sole and more durable upper. The in-house developed Mammut Swiss Design rubber offers excellent traction on a wide range of surfaces and in the wet. Perfect for speed hiking or a comfortable shoe for every day walking.
Mammut have chosen a Gore-Tex Invisble Fit membrane to take care of waterproofing. This is bonded to the outer fabric for reduced weight, improved performance, faster drying time and more comfortable fit with fewer pressure points.
At only 282g for a size UK6, they are light so you should feel nimble on your feet and be less tired after long days trekking. The 7mm heel drop will be ideal for people who prefer more drop, rather than the trend for zero or minimal drop from many other brands.
