Our Verdict
OMM's Pack Whistle 15mm, is a buckle that incorporates a whistle - a useful addition if your pack doesn't have one. Sized to work with 15mm webbing it can of course be used on other branded packs. The buckle part of this unit allows the strap on one side to be adjusted whereas on the other side its fixed.
