Our Verdict
The Montane Dynamic Nano Pants are a good mix of walking pants and running legwear; the slim fit design combined with Montane’s Raptor 4-way stretch fabric offers excellent freedom of movement and comfort. As they are a slim fit, we would recommend taking a size up if you do not want these pants to fit like leggings. The combination of the pre-elasticated waistband gives added comfort and the drawcords mean the waist can be adjusted generously. They also have zipped hand pockets to keep any valuables safe and fit snug (but not too tight) around the ankle to stop them riding up or any dirt getting in. The Dynamic Nano Pants are great for fast hiking and running activities due to their tapered fit and low bulk. They also offer a good level of water resistance and should see you through most of the year.
