Snow Peak says
The perfect solo titanium cookset, the Trek 700 lets you measure, boil and strain. Large enough to stow a 110G fuel and a Gigapower stove (* Not yet available in the UK store) inside, this lightweight cookset also nests within our Trek 900.
With its compact folding handle and ultralight qualities, the Trek 700 is an essential piece of cookware for car camping or in the backcountry.
Our Verdict
Snow Peak's Titanium Trek 700 provides a respectable 700ml capacity pot with a lid. The lid is really well designed for such a seemingly simple piece of kit. It has small hooks to keep it in place, a larger raised handle and a slit for straining or pouring water. Simple but effective folding handles keep the design compact while the minimalist style keep the weight down too. This set is ideally suited to solo campers who are happy with a smaller capacity for drinks and meals.
The titanium construction is top quality with fantastic strength and durability considering the low weight. The simple, clean style looks great and performs really well with the heat transfer of the titanium working as you'd expect. There is the added bonus of the Trek series nesting with the other sized pots if you are heading out alone or with larger groups.
