Expedition Foods’ delicious light-weight meals provide the perfect nutrition for a wide range of outdoor pursuits. Freeze-drying food is the most successful method of preservation, making it taste better, look better, weigh less and last longer.
Expedition Foods says
Creamy potato with white fish in a parsley sauce.
Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add 175 ml of boiling water. Stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
